For all inquiries about Custom jobs, visit the contact page and send Erin a message including a thorough description of what you are looking for.  Feel free to include inspiration photos, budget, and timelines.  Please Expect turnaround time to take 5-7 weeks on custom jewelry depending on the piece.  Timelines will be individually quoted for each custom job

SHIPPING

All ready to ship items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase.

All made to order items will be shipped out within 2-3 weeks of purchase.

If you would like an estimated turn-around / shipping time,  to add insurance to your package, or to use an alternate shipping method please contact Erin directly.

We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues after items are shipped.  

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE/REPAIR

All Items are Final Sale.  If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact Erin so we can discuss possible exchange/store credit.  We are not responsible for any damages caused by mistreatment of piece, however if there is an issue with craftsmanship I am happy to discuss our options.  I take pride in making pieces that will last a lifetime, if you receive a product that does not meet this standard please contact us directly.  Any shipping cost for exchanges will be paid by the customer, and expected to be shipped in a padded box with padded envelope.  We are not responsible for damage due to poor packing/shipping methods.

The customer is responsible for knowing their true ring size.  Visit your local jeweler to attain this info.  Most rings come with one complimentary resizing, however this varies for certain styles.

The Patina on each piece is naturally subject to change over time for all metals.
